Free Property Fraud Alert System
The Gloucester County Clerk’s Office is providing a free property fraud alert system to county residents. The only thing a resident needs to do is register either online or over the phone. When ever a document is recorded in your name at the Gloucester County Clerk’s Office you will receive a notification.
Subscribers must select a method of notification, either by email or telephone call. This email / telephone alert is a free service offered by the County Clerk’s Office.
Gloucester County is the fourth county nationwide to offer this layer of protection to property owners. Jim Hogan, the Gloucester County Clerk, is committed to protecting the citizens of Gloucester County from any and all fraudulent and deceptive practices that could cause problems for a person’s most important possession – their home.

Loans Available to Homeowners and Renters for Flood Repairs
Low-interest Small Business Administration loans of up to $200,000 are now available to Gloucester County homeowners to repair damaged or destroyed real estate, resulting from flooding which took place on April 16.

Clayton Business 4th Friday Event June 24th
In conjunction with the Clayton’s Special Events Committee who will be hosting; Movie Night Sandelier Park on Friday June 24, 2011 at 8pm. The Economic Development Commmitte is hosting a 4th Friday Event to promote our downtown businesses from 6 to 8pm.
It is requested that our local businesses provide a sidewalk sale opportunity for their customers on this particular evening during the hours of 6 to 8pm. As residents walk along the Delsea Drive, differnt type of enterainment will be provided in fornt of the municipal building. Barbara Ann’s will have their front patio open and a crossing guard will be available to assist with crossing.
The goal of the Economic Development Committe is to make this 4th Friday a monthly event from June to September. For potential growth, we are looking to add vendors, antique cars and crafts to draw additional residents/prospects to our local businesses.

Clayton Memorial Day Parade
Clayton’s Memorial Day Parade will be held on May 30, 2011, starting at 11AM from the Acme and ending at Cedar Green Cemetery.
Participants are asked to meet in the Acme parking lot at 10:30AM.

Clayton Receives Grant to Improve Water System

RUSTIC VILLAGE HOSTS NEIGHBORHOOD YARD SALE – SATURDAY MAY 21st
